What are cookies?

Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site sends to your computer while you are viewing the web site. These pieces of information allow the web site to remember important information that will make your use of the web site more useful. Many web-site owners use cookies for variety of purposes. For instance, we uses encrypted cookies to retain your logon identity as you move around the site.

You do not need cookies to be enabled if you are simply browsing pages that do not require you to be logged on. However, unless cookies are enabled, you will not be allowed to logon and all content that requires you to do so will remain unavailable to you.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Mozilla Firefox (4.0 and below) - Not supported, please upgrade

Mozilla Firefox (5 - ?)

1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options".
3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the top panel.
4. Check the box corresponding to "Accept cookies from sites".
5. In the drop down list. choose "Keep until they expire".
6. Click "OK" to save changes.

Mozilla Firefox (20 and greater)

1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options".
3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the top panel.
4. In the "History" drop down box, select "Use custom settings for history".
5. If the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox is checked, click the "Exceptions" button and ensure the website is not listed there.
6. If the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox is NOT checked, click the "Exceptions" button and enter the website address there.
7. Click "OK" to save changes.

Google Chrome (7 and below - Not supported, please upgrade)

Google Chrome (8) - Supported for viewing static content only, you cannot login with this version.

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the spanner icon in the top right hand corner.
3. Click Options.
4. Click the "Under the hood" tab.
5. Scroll down to cookie settings.
6. Select "Allow all cookies" in the dropdown list.
7. Click close.

Google Chrome (spanner icon in the top right hand corner)

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the spanner icon in the top right hand corner.
3. Click Options.
4. Click the "Under the hood" tab.
5. Scroll down to cookie settings.
6. Select "Allow all cookies" in the dropdown list.
7. Click close.

Google Chrome (3 horizontal bars icon in the top right hand corner)

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the 3 horizontal bars icon in the top right hand corner.
3. Click Settings in the left column.
4. If the Privacy heading is not visible, scroll down and click the advanced settings link.
5. Click the Cntent Settings button.
6. Under cookies, if the first option is selected then you need do nothing else.
7. If the Keep local data only until I quit my browser option is selected then you will be able to login but you will not get an automatic login next time you visit the site if you checked the Remember Me checkbox when you logged in.
8. If the Block sites from setting any data option is selected, click the Manage exceptions button, enter the website address, ensure Allow is set in the drop down list and click Done.
9. Click Done.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x and below - Not Supported.

Alternatively, you may go to Google and download the free Chrome browser, or if you wish to stick with Internet Explorer, you can download the Google Chrome Frame plugin for Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and 9 that will enable older versions of IE to interact correctly with more modern websites.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 - Supported for viewing static content only, you cannot login with this version.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and above.
